Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We carry out our shipments through national and international transport companies; the delivery time will range between 24 hours and 10 business days depending on whether the order is managed from our warehouses or from the corresponding factory.
We always send products by express courier; the carrier may vary, provided that this does not imply a manifest disadvantage for the customer.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, international destinations, and smaller purchases, shipping costs are specified at the payment step during checkout. For high-volume products (such as furniture and other large items), shipping is €60, as the logistics are more protected. For the rest of the products, shipping is free within the peninsula for purchases over €100.
We ship to Andorra with standard shipping at €15, with free shipping on orders over €200. Prices shown for Andorra do not include VAT. Local taxes (IGI 4.5%) and customs duties may apply at the destination, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders placed through our online store will be sent with insurance for breakage or loss during transport.
For this reason, we ask that all orders be checked as soon as possible in order to detect any anomaly. You will have a period of 24/48 hours after delivery to inform us so that we can immediately file a claim with the insurance company and replace the claimed products as soon as possible.
Since transport agencies work to provide optimal service, in the event that the agency repeatedly attempts to contact the customer without success, and 2 delivery attempts are exceeded at the specified shipping address, the products must be returned to the origin, thus losing the right to receive this order. If after this action the customer wishes to receive the products again, they must make the purchase again.
Orders during special periods, such as Black Friday, with high demand and order intensity, may be delayed slightly (only in some cases).
Shipments outside the EU: the customer must contract their own transport agency to collect the order from our store and send it to its destination. For orders destined outside the EU, the customer must contract their own transport agency (courier or freight forwarder) to collect the merchandise from our store and manage international shipping, insurance, and customs procedures until the final destination.

Warranty
When buying at GASCÓN Iluminación, you have a 3-year warranty, which ensures their proper functioning.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect in all products (except perishable items such as light bulbs, lamp holders, and electronic devices), but it is not applicable when the breakdown is caused by improper handling; in this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For the replacement, return, or exchange process, products must be returned in perfect condition in their original box or in well-protected packaging to avoid possible damage, and with all manuals, cables, packaging, etc. During the first year of the warranty, products must be returned in their original box.
Returns
The customer has the right to return purchased products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Direct return costs and the choice of transport agency will be borne by the customer. From that point, up to 14 days may pass from the notification of withdrawal for the refund.
For purchases made from countries not belonging to the European Union (including Morocco, Andorra, and other non-EU destinations), the return conditions for withdrawal have the following particularities. The period to exercise the right of return will be 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
Returns will not be accepted for perishable products or products that deteriorate rapidly, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
If for any reason, when you receive the material at the address indicated in the order, the product is defective, it can be returned within the deadline by sending an email to ventas@gascon.es and indicating your order number. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging protected to avoid possible breakage, and with all manuals, cables, packaging, etc. The absence of adequate packaging may imply a decrease in value, which may be deducted from the refund. Products requiring technical review at the factory to verify that they have not been installed, handled, or that their original wiring has not been cut/modified, which are accessories and from brands such as Faro, LedsC4, and others, may suffer a depreciation of up to 20% of their value if the original packaging arrives damaged, opened irreversibly, or if any technical component is missing. Due to special logistics and manufacturers' re-stocking protocols, product returns entail a return logistics management cost, which will be deducted from the final refund.
We inform you that material that is not in good condition will not be accepted, or (in the event that the product) has been handled, the product will be returned upon prior payment of shipping costs. Do not label or write on the outside of the boxes; if the product packaging received is not in adequate condition, the return may be rejected.
If the consumer exercises the withdrawal within the deadline but has used the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or functioning, they do not lose their right, although they will be responsible for the decrease in value generated by that use. Exceptionally, when the merchandise does not meet any of the conditions required to accept the withdrawal (for example, installation, missing parts, or inadequate packaging), deductions may be applied to the refundable amount, to be determined for each case based on the state of the item.
In our warehouses, once the material is received in the original box, its perfect condition is verified, and it is confirmed that it has not been used beyond the mere verification of the product's functioning, it will be refunded through the same method used for the original payment. From the issuance of the refund until its receipt, up to 14 days may pass.
In the case of a partial return of the purchase (of one or several products), if the remaining amount of the purchase is less than the minimum amount for free shipping, the refund is made by subtracting the shipping cost (as it is equivalent to a purchase below the minimum amount for free shipping).
Order Cancellations
In the vast majority of our orders, requests for products are sent to factories primarily in Spain and Italy. Given this fact, there is no possibility of canceling orders once they have been sent from the factory.
For this reason, we reserve the right to confirm order cancellations.
Gifts with orders
Products such as lamps, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, etc., sent as a gift/present by Euroiluminación Altea S.L., as well as accessories and light bulbs included by the brand or manufacturer in the box of some products, are sent without transport insurance. For this reason, they are not subject to any type of claim. Likewise, any type of product sent as a gift will also be considered under these conditions.
Order confirmation
Your order will be confirmed and processed after sending a personalized email as a notification, once the payment for your order has been verified depending on the payment method you have chosen. Any order is subject to management, modification, or partial or complete cancellation before being confirmed.
